Samburu Lodge is perched on the saddle of a hill on the banks of the
lazy Uaso Nyiro River, with an outlook over the plains, and the distant
mountains as a backdrop.
During the day you can take a dip in the pool, and after a day of
safari activities enjoy sundowners whilst watching traditional Samburu
warrior dances.
Enjoy a full day's game drive, accompanied by knowledgeable guides, in
search of a wide range of animals. For an unforgettable experience, you
could go on a guided nature walk. Birding is also excellent in this
area.
Location
Samburu Lodge is located on the banks of the Uaso Nyiro River in the
Samburu National Park, in Kenya.
Samburu Lodge offers a wide choice of accommodation; 60 rooms spread up
and down the river in cottages, bandas and single or twin rooms.
The rooms are comfortably furnished, and constructed from natural local
materials, thereby keeping in harmony with the surrounding environment.
All rooms have a balcony or veranda facing the Uaso Nyiro River and are
