Lying on the edge of Amboseli National Park, Tortilis Camp is located in a hillside setting, shaded by the natural forest of Acacia Tortilis thorn trees after which the camp is named.

Designed in a manner which blends rustic style and modern amenities, the camp is renowned for its high standards of service and also its views of the sunset over Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru.

Home to over a thousand elephants, herds of wildebeest, lions and over 300 species of birds, Amboseli is an exciting and diverse game viewing destination.

Tortilis Camp offers a wide range of activities, ranging from early morning and late afternoon game drives and horse back riding to guided game walks led by a Masaai expert outside the game park. Alternatively, you can laze around the pool with a cocktail and enjoy the sounds of the wild.

Tortilis Camp is child fiendly and provides lots of entertainment for the young ones.
