*In Harmony With Nature - the lodge is constructed around the trees
which grow through the building and is also raised on stilts allowing
game to move freely through the area.
*Wildlife Comes To You - positioned in the path of an
ancient elephant migratory route between the Aberdare Mountains and Mt
Kenya National Park, and directly in front of a watering hole and salt
lick.
*Don't Miss A Thing - an optional buzzer in the
rooms alerts you when a spectacle is unfolding at the waterhole, at any
hour.
Famous for housing Queen Elizabeth II on the night of her ascension to
the monarchy, Tree-tops
Hotel offers guests a royal treat in the heart of the Aberdare National
Park. Sheltered by a dense lichen hung forest, Tree-tops overlooks 2
waterholes and the snowy peaks of Mount Kenya.
You can take pleasure in the safety and comfort of observation lounges,
which may give you the opportunity to photograph the territorial charge
of rhino, protective matriarch elephant and bounding bushbuck. A
professional hunter can also wake you up on request when one of the Big
5 visits the waterhole and tree house at night.
Please note that warm clothes are recommended and children under 5 are
not permitted.
Location
Tree-tops Lodge is situated in the Aberdare National Park in the Rift
Valley, in Kenya.
